Shipping Policy

All Essence Athletics teamwear is custom-made to order. Our production process takes place in our specialized facilities in Pakistan.

Standard production time is typically 3-4 weeks from the moment the final design is approved and payment is received. During peak seasons, production may take slightly longer, but we will always communicate this beforehand.

Once production is complete, orders are shipped via premium international couriers (typically DHL Express or FedEx) to ensure fast and reliable delivery to Europe.

Transit time from Pakistan to our distribution center or directly to your location usually takes 4-7 business days.

We primarily focus on serving clubs and teams within the European Union, with the Netherlands being our primary market.

If your team is located outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order to discuss shipping possibilities and potential additional costs.

Our products benefit from the GSP+ (Generalised Scheme of Preferences Plus) status of Pakistan, which provides trade incentives for sustainable development and good governance.

For most EU-based customers, this means reduced or zero import duties on our apparel. However, applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) in the destination country remains the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise in your specific quote.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

In the rare event that a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and the product. We will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure your team receives their gear as quickly as possible.
