Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Essence Athletics and its customers for the design and production of custom teamwear. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are provided in Euros (€) and are subject to change unless a formal quote has been accepted. Quotations are valid for 30 days. An order is considered confirmed once the initial payment has been received and the design proofs have been approved in writing.

3. Custom Products & Returns

Essence Athletics specializes in custom-made products tailored to your specific club branding and sizing requirements. Due to the highly personalized nature of these goods, custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or error on our part. Customers are responsible for verifying all sizing and design details before final approval.

4. Payment Terms

To ensure production scheduling and material sourcing, we apply the following payment structure:

• 30% Down Payment: Required to initiate the production process.
• 70% Final Payment: Must be settled in full before the order is shipped from our facility.

5. Delivery

Our standard lead time for custom production is 3 to 4 weeks after the down payment and design approval are received. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by shipping logistics or unforeseen production delays.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Essence Athletics remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers warrant that they have the right to use any logos or branding provided to us for inclusion in their custom designs.

7. Liability

Essence Athletics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or late delivery of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
